The Wholesale Sales Unit Manager reports to the CEO and will have the following responsibilities:
Manage the entire wholesale business from strategic planning to daily operations, ensuring achievement of revenue and cost targets.
Oversee revenues and gross margins for wholesale business, including all engagements with external international partners.
Lead and negotiate commercial agreements for wholesale roaming with internal and external partners, ensuring effective management and regular updates of roaming rates.
Develop and manage commercial models supporting both retail and wholesale roaming growth.
Coordinate with operators on invoicing and ensure testing and rate accuracy in line with roaming agreements.
Support senior management in defining company strategy.
Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of the respective unit.
Implement company strategy to achieve the highest possible results.
Identify training and development needs for unit employees.
Train and mentor unit staff to improve performance.
Be available to travel abroad for relevant business meetings when required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale sales management or similar leadership roles.
Previous experience or strong understanding of the telecommunications industry.
Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills to support wholesale negotiations.
Ability to manage and coordinate marketing campaigns for roaming and conduct commercial negotiations with external partners.
Excellent command of Albanian and English languages.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Sound decision-making skills while maintaining confidentiality.
Professional and courteous approach in all business interactions.
Ability to foster a collaborative environment and maintain team engagement.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data and reporting.
